4. Location Information

Location services are an important part of EchoMatch.

EchoMatch does not display a user's live device location as a continuously tracked map marker.

Location information may also be used to:

• Center the map around your area
• Load nearby content
• Associate newly created echoes with places

Before location-based features are used, users are asked for the required permissions through their device operating system.

Users may:

• Disable location access through device settings
• Turn off map visibility within the app
• Stop sharing location-based content at any time

Some features may not function properly when location access is disabled.

5. Voice Content and Media

Voice echoes, recordings, profile photos, gallery images, and other uploaded content may be stored and processed so they can be displayed, shared, delivered, and moderated within the service.

Public or map-visible echoes may be discoverable by other users based on app settings and feature availability.

6. Profile Visibility

Depending on app features and user settings, other users may be able to view:

• Shared gallery photos

While EchoMatch may offer limited visibility or privacy controls, complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed.

Notification delivery may use Firebase Cloud Messaging and associated device identifiers.
